Mr. Frank Eng is a senior leader with over 30 years of strategic management and design, transformation and leadership experience and extensive experience in building and growing high-performance teams in all areas. Mr. Eng is a charismatic leader who inspires innovation, interest and commitment to new and existing technologies and creates high-performance teams to enable clients to work more efficiently and effectively. Mr. Eng’s key areas of expertise are in Strategic Planning for Business, Communication and Technology, Leadership, Team Building and Talent Management, Organizational and Technology Transformation, Modernization of Information Systems and Technology Solutions, among others. Mr. Eng holds a B.Comm. (Hons) from Carleton University and a Diplome d’Education Collegiale from Champlain Regional College and is a Senior Partner with the Whitestone Group, which is a fully independent group specializing in successfully assisting organizations to transform their business through the intelligent application of people, processes and technology. Prior to this role, Mr. Eng held consultant positions with PwC Canada, the Treasury Board of Canada, Federal Healthcare Partnership and the Department of National Defence. Mr. Eng has also served as the Director of Information Technology at the Ottawa Hospital and consultant for the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada. Mr. Eng co-founded the company TKI Medcon Inc. and served as its Vice President from 1994 to 2005 where he was responsible for enabling and ensuring that the correct technology and medical professionals were combined to produce accurate and relevant ‘expert’ systems and Continuing Medical Education applications.
